Harry Ross, the founder and sole proprietor, started by repairing radios and installing electrical outlets in houses. However, it was his son Joel who envisioned the immense growth potential in 1978, leading to the addition of a second truck and the involvement of his sons Steve, Kenny, and later Eric as dedicated helpers.
